Worth sharing..
A long time Client sends over her co-worker who was set to close this week with a local credit union who shall not be named (starts with a Mac ends with a You lol) and I was able to save her $3450 in loan costs with a rate .125% lower! That's huge savings and needless to say said client did NOT close with 'the other guys' 😁 so thankful we're in a position to save folks Thousands doing what we do best!!!

Let me clarify, 1.875% is the Lowest I've Ever locked down for a client on a 30 year fixed.. I snagged 1.75% on a 15 Year Fixed a time or two but never that low on the 30!

We are still CRUSHING the Retail Banks saving folks on average .25% to .50% in "Interest Rate" with nearly 1% LESS in overall loan "Costs" - Incredible! I've been back to Wholesale for just over 1.5 Years and still shaking my head in disbelief Every Closing... Call, email, text to see what you qualify for.

Rates are still unbelievably low and we are now averaging a week and a half in process start to finish! I recently had a new client come to me by referral who's been with one of our local credit Unions for 30 years yet because they had not even responded to his preapproval for over a month, the guy has an 800 credit score and 20% down??? Yep he's now working with us getting a slightly better rate and once under contract we will close him in a week😁
