I CONTINUE TO COME ACROSS INSTANCES OF PARENTAL ALIENATION IN DIVORCE SITUATIONS DESPITE THE COURT'S CONTINUED CONDEMNATION OF SUCH PRACTICE. MORALLY, THE PRACTICE IS ALSO CONDEMNED. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE ATTORNEYS ALSO REMIND THEIR CLIENTS OF HOW DESPICABLE IT IS TO PUT ONE'S OWN INTEREST ABOVE THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD, WHO UNDENIABLY NEEDS THE LOVE, AFFECTION OF AND RELATIONSHIP WITH BOTH PARENTS.
