Hard to believe but today marks 35 years. It’s been a great ride and I have enjoyed serving my clients like they were my family. Looking forward to many more years especially now that Jerry III is with the firm. Congratulations to my great friends Jon Spodnick and Lenny Crone who shared that day in December, 1989 with me.

In 2021, the United States Congress passed the Corporate Transparency Act to address illegal activity and corruption. This law created a reporting requirement for companies such as corporations, LLCs, or any other entity created by filing a document with the Secretary of State. If you have created or registered a company before January 1, 2024 you have until January 1, 2025 to file with FinCEN. If you created or registered a company on or after January 1, 2024 you have 90 days from registration to file with FinCEN. You should go to www.FINCEN.gov/BOI for more information and registration. There are monetary and criminal penalties for failure to file. Please call our office if you have any questions.
