Personal Injury tip: If you slip and fall at a grocery store, shopping mall or restaurant, always file an incident report. Even if you think you are ok, once the adrenaline fades you may find you are injured. If there are witnesses to the fall try and get their name and number and if possible take a picture 📷 of the defect!
