We are hosting a warmth drive for the benefit of Central Iowa Shelter and Services for the annual Mark S. Cady Day of Public Service. Donation bins are located at our office and at Drake University Law School through October 27th.

Our founder, Dale Peddicord, was recently awarded Alumnus of the Year at the Annual Supreme Court Celebration Banquet. Drake University Law School Dean Jerry Anderson captured Dale's distinguished career and personal generosity well in his remarks.

It was also the perfect time to celebrate together, as April 1, 2023 marked 58 years since Dale established our firm.
