Organized in 1968, Buckley, Brion, McGuire & Morris LLP is a firm engaged in the practice of law in all areas. twenty-five years. Our six partners are joined by seven associates/of counsel. Buckley, Brion, McGuire & Morris LLP values its clients equally – from individuals and partnerships to large and small businesses , insurance companies, banks and bank holding companies, manufacturers, service and distribution providers, real estate developers, title insurance companies, healthcare providers and a myriad other clients. The firm and its attorneys have been retained by state, county and municipal governments as their permanent solicitors or as special counsel. The structure of the firm enables our lawyers to serve clients individually as their area of expertise dictates. Each member of our team can be assembled to deal with unique complexities requiring an interdisciplinary approach. Although the firm is engaged in matters of national and international scope, its practice is concentrated primarily in both the federal and state courts located in southeastern Pennsylvania, particularly in the counties of Chester, Montgomery, Berks, Bucks, Lancaster and Delaware. In 2020 Buckley Brion attorneys Anthony Brichta and Jonathan Long litigated a case on behalf of the Chester County Board of Assessment Appeals which reached the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Jonathan argued the case before the PA Supreme Court in September of 2020. The PA Supreme Court recently rendered its decision, ruling in favor of the position taken by the Board of Assessment Appeals and Coatesville School District. The case has been remanded back to the Commonwealth Court to be decided on the merits. Way to go Anthony and Jonathan!
