Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese wellness term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing." When I am staging a home, I try to bring in as much of a soothing atmosphere as I can, because searching for a new home is stressful enough! This Kennet Square living/dining room feels like a forest to me, with its rich browns and crisp Granny Smith greens and filtered light. 🌿
