🎆 Hey guys, Brett Tracy here from Brett Tracy & Associates! I wanted to take a moment to celebrate my client, Steven, for his incredible job throughout the home-selling process. 🎆

👉 Steven initially contacted me through a referral, wondering if I’d be interested in helping him sell his home. After our initial in-house consultation, we were clearly on the same page about what it would take to get the amount he wanted—or more!
🏠 But just as Steven was getting the home ready, a late-spring thunderstorm damaged the roof and parts of the interior. Fortunately, Daniel Zavodney from ZCI Contracting & Consulting took care of the exterior and Ranson Karr, a general contractor, Karr Builders handled the repairs of the interior to perfection. Steven was overjoyed with the results!

We listed the home on a Friday; Steven had numerous offers to choose from. Even though Steven didn’t take the highest bid initially, Steven’s focus was on the details, which offer had the best terms—which, coincidentally, turned out to be the highest price! 😁😉
