WE ARE OPEN AND CONTINUE TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS

The health and safety of staff and clients is of utmost importance at KEMENCZY LAW. In support of the work to contain and manage the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) my priority remains the health and safety of everyone in the communities we serve. As part of the national effort to contain the spread and mitigate its impact my office protocols are as follows:

1. While our office is open all face to face appointments with the exception of emergent
matters shall be handled by conference call or video conferencing. Please make sure that you have WhatsApp or FaceTime on your mobile phone so that we can make the connection.
2. While the office shall endeavor to remain open during usual business hours, the office
door shall remain locked during regular business hours. You need to contact us in advance in the event you wish to deliver documents or other items to the office. In the event that the office is closed we continue to monitor all telephone calls and emails.
3. Delivery agents must ring the bell and call upstairs when making a delivery. 973-364-7700 ext. 201
