IVF Tax Credit Legislation Introduced in US Senate – May 12!

Sen. Kristen Gillibrand (D-NY) just introduced a bill to give taxpayers a tax credit of 50% of infertility treatment expenses incurred during the taxable year. The FAMILY Act applies to in vitro fertilization and would be capped at $13,360 per year. PLEASE call your Senators in Washington to urge that they co-sponsor this bill! Contact us for more info.
