Just a reminder
Get your HVAC unit checked and tuned up 2x per year and change filters monthly!

The filters are really important. Keeping the Condenser Coil clean is the key to efficiency along with the condensation drain.

Found another homeowner who didn't file for Homestead Exemption. They have owned and lived in their home since 2023. They purchased directly from a national builder without Realtor representation. The national builders DO NOT educate customers on the Homestead exemption benefits or follow up to make sure they file. This has cost this homeowner over $4,000 a year in over payments to Palm Beach County. Granted, Palm Beach County is glad to take their money.
With Amendment 3 coming up for vote in November. Having your homestead exemption now is VERY important!
There are a lot of additional exemptions for disabled, seniors and veterans. Make sure you get everything you are entitled to.
