The Texas Supreme Court has issued an emergency order related to possession orders in Suits Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship. The language of your order is still in effect, and you're not exempted from following the order, regardless if there is an order to shelter-in-place.

As far as your orders regarding possession of children, they are still in effect. Local Courts have not issued any orders that overrule your possession schedules or exempt parties from following them. Also, Courts across the state in similar situations have held that exchanges of possession are "essential business."

Here's an article on the other proposed bill that is getting a lot of press. It calls for the end of "no fault divorce" in Texas. Of the two bills, I find this the most objectionable. Yes, it is desirable to encourage marriages to stay together, but this isn't how you do that. I'll just say this... being treated equally in the eyes of the law would be ideal. But beware the unintended consequences of any new statute.
