Hi, I’m Zane.
Most of you know me as your West Metro STMA neighbor since 1999—the guy who’ll help you out of a tough spot, and maybe the one you’ve seen around town (or during my time working with clients in Arizona) in a Maserati from time to time. I’ve always had a passion for cars.
Others know me from the homes I’ve represented on Cedar Creek and Fox Hollow, as well as some of Minnesota’s most notable historic homes—including Colonial Revival estates and currently a 120-year-old Queen Anne Victorian in Princeton—along with properties like The Buttermaker’s House next to the St. Michael Fire Station.
And some of you may have seen pieces of my work connected alongside networks and partners I collaborate with, like Ryan Serhant, and shows such as Owning Manhattan and Million Dollar Listing.
But at the end of the day—
I’m just someone who’s been doing professional marketing and real estate for a long time…
Over 25 years, helping thousands of people and companies through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. And I take that responsibility seriously.
