Job Responsibilities
• Assist with administrative and clerical office tasks
• Maintain client files
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and contracts
• Answer calls, return calls, and take detailed messages
• Schedule appointments and process consultation fees
• Run out-of-office errands as needed

Qualifications
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
• Some legal experience / ability to conduct legal research
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Ability to perform basic computer related tasks such as email, sending and receiving secured documents, and calendaring events on google calendar
• Proficient at typing
• Estate experience a plus

This position will be part-time and hourly with no benefits, with the potential for full time employment within the first year.
