It's expected that over the next few months, commissions will decrease but not match our 1.5% rate. That will force many agents that sell just a few homes/year to quit real estate. This would be great for the consumers. Homeowners Concept has maintained that agents should be selling at least 15 homes/yr to be experts in the field. Currently the average is about 4.5 homes/year with Homeowners Concept agents selling 18/year.
