A huge congratulations to my buyer on the closing of her new home sweet home today! This home represents a fresh start, a safe place for her and her boys, and a home of her own to make her own. And she did it on her own!
While it is a happy day FINALLY getting to this point, this closing was one for the record books. The closing of this home was a lot of working together: the sellers, the buyer, the listing agent, me, lending, the appraiser, underwriting, and the title company. Many many texts, phone calls, emails, and heart to heart conversations with everyone to get to the finish line. There were compromises and closing delays too.
I've said this before, but who you have in your corner matters. Who is on the "other side" matters.
There's probably going to be some PTSD on this one for all of us involved. Some words or places that will makes us twitch a little. But I hope we can all get to the point where we say, hey remember that time...
I'm hoping the buyer gets there first 💗

Congratulations to Ryan & Allie on the sale of their Lake Wausau home! It is a bummer, though, that the last piece of their RE portfolio has been sold... I won't see them riding their e-bikes in my neighborhood anymore 😞Thank you Ryan & Allie for your trust and patience 3x over! I wish you and your family all the best! You are already missed!
