Code Residential - Brokered by EXP Realty My goal for all of my clients is a precise and easy process from start to finish. I've been a resident of the Greater Milwaukee Area my entire life.

Real estate has given me the privilege of working with my neighbors and friends--aiding them in purchasing or selling their homes. Often, a move comes at a very delicate and emotionally-polarizing time in a person's life: death of a family member, a new addition to the family, newly-married, or impending divorce. I take my role as an advisor and coach through the process incredibly seriously. The

ins and outs of real estate are all-encompassing. Buyers need to have a timeline in place that flows from browsing to closing--with critical stops along the way, such as understanding the strategic contract-writing skills I use to help you win on your offers, pairing you with an amazing lender to ensure clarity and certainty, and the careful lens which I view properties through when showing them to my clients. Finding a home isn't about jumping property-to-property and hoping to find a great fit--it's boiling down the "why" behind what a good fit is for you, and constructing a process that gets you to the result you want. When I work with sellers, I interpret market data and educate how it affects pricing, execute a modern marketing plan, and set realistic expectations from the get-go to ensure that selling a home is a positive and predictable experience. In this changing market, sellers need a specific game plan. And they need someone who can nail that plan. There is nothing more satisfying than meeting with a client a year from their goal, listening to their wants and needs, and one year later, sliding them the keys to their dream house across the closing table. The majority of my business comes from referrals from friends and past-clients, which exemplifies my prioritization on the value of the relationship. Whether you're buying a one bedroom condo or your dream lake house, I will make sure you receive the same level of service every client deserves. Every client I have I hope to serve as a client for life. I realize that to have that privilege of becoming someone's Realtor for life, our relationship must extend beyond closing. With that in mind, I foster relationships with past clients with the heart of an advisor--informing them on trends in the real estate market--both broadly and locally--provide value by sharing my list of trusted vendors and contractors with them, and keep them in-step of their current home value, so they can track their equity.
