Alexis just finished a trial that ended up in a hung jury with an 11-1 split - with 11 jurors who wanted to acquit our client. After an insightful discussion with the jurors, the prosecutor on the case moved to dismiss all charges against our client. Special thanks to Atty. Morgan Cusick for her help and input. The relief on our client’s face made all the late nights, stressing and prep worth it. Being a criminal defense lawyer is truly an incredible privilege.
