Brad Valentine dedicates his practice to representing injured people and accident victims throughout Georgia. He focuses his practice on car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and all cases involving catastrophic injuries. He uses his diverse and well-rounded legal experience to obtain excellent results for his clients, both inside and outside of the courtroom. Since 2020, Brad has
recovered – by settlement and at trial – over $47 million for his clients. In 2024, 2025, and 2026, Brad was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, which is an honor limited to no more than 2.5% of attorneys practicing law in the State of Georgia. Brad began his legal career by serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Dudley Hollingsworth Bowen, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, where he gained expertise on how lawsuits are handled by the federal court system. He then worked at Troutman Sanders (now Troutman Pepper), where he advised large companies about employment laws and litigated high-dollar disputes. Brad continued his career at a business and construction litigation firm, and he represented plaintiffs and defendants in various federal and state courts across the country. Through his experience, Brad discovered that individuals were generally underrepresented and without adequate legal counsel. He now provides them with the access to justice that they deserve.
