Attorney Brad Valentine at Valentine Injury Law Brad Valentine dedicates his practice to representing injured persons throughout the State of Georgia

Brad Valentine dedicates his practice to representing injured people and accident victims throughout Georgia. He focuses his practice on car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and all cases involving catastrophic injuries. He uses his diverse and well-rounded legal experience to obtain excellent results for his clients, both inside and outside of the courtroom. Since 2020, Brad has

recovered – by settlement and at trial – over $47 million for his clients. In 2024, 2025, and 2026, Brad was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, which is an honor limited to no more than 2.5% of attorneys practicing law in the State of Georgia. Brad began his legal career by serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Dudley Hollingsworth Bowen, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, where he gained expertise on how lawsuits are handled by the federal court system. He then worked at Troutman Sanders (now Troutman Pepper), where he advised large companies about employment laws and litigated high-dollar disputes. Brad continued his career at a business and construction litigation firm, and he represented plaintiffs and defendants in various federal and state courts across the country. Through his experience, Brad discovered that individuals were generally underrepresented and without adequate legal counsel. He now provides them with the access to justice that they deserve. One year ago, Valentine Injury Law opened with a simple mission: treat people the right way, fight relentlessly for our clients, and build something different.

This weekend was about gratitude. Gratitude for our clients who trusted us, for our families who supported us, and for everyone who helped turn a vision into a real firm that is making a big difference.

We’re proud of what we’ve built in year one. But we are even more excited about where we’re going. This is only the beginning.

To growth, to our clients, to our team, and to the future of Valentine Injury Law... Cheers!

It was great catching up with former Troutman Sanders (now Troutman Pepper Locke LLP) colleagues at the recent alumni event in Atlanta.

My legal career began at Troutman Sanders, and I’m grateful for the foundation it gave me. Watching my former firm grow into one of the largest in the world—with over 1,600 attorneys—is impressive and inspires me daily.

I’m proud to be one of the few personal injury attorneys that I know of with both federal clerkship and “big law” background. I carry those lessons with me every day as I fight for my clients now as a trial lawyer and as the owner of Valentine Injury Law.

It was a pleasure attending the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association's Annual Convention last week. GTLA has long played an important role in protecting Georgia’s civil justice system and ensuring that individuals have access to the courts when they’ve been wronged. It’s a privilege to be a part of an organization that is so committed to accountability, fairness, and the rights of everyday people.

Happy Easter!

Easter is a powerful reminder of hope, renewal, and the promise of new life. It’s a time to reflect on faith, grace, and the ultimate sacrifice made for all of us.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” — John 3:16

On behalf of my firm, we wish you and your family a blessed and joyful Easter.

*NOT A POLITICAL POST*

A recent public statement caught my attention. Not for its politics, but for its substance. Folks, this is NOT an April Fool's Day joke. This is a statement from the President of the United States of America. And when the President openly states that insurance companies are collecting premiums for years and then failing to show up when people need them most, that should give everyone pause, regardless of political beliefs.

Because it is the truth. And personal injury attorneys like me see this every day. These companies are not "good neighbors" and you are not in "good hands" with them, contrary to what the heavy ad spend may make you believe.

At Valentine Injury Law, we work with individuals and families who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions and suddenly find themselves up against insurance companies that are more focused on minimizing payouts than making things right. Delays, denials, and undervaluation of claims are not the exception. THEY ARE THE PLAYBOOK.

And while this has been a longstanding issue, recent tort reform efforts in Georgia have only further attempted to shift the balance of power toward insurance companies, making it even more difficult for injured people to be treated fairly.

That’s why having experienced legal counsel matters. It levels the playing field and ensures that insurance companies are held accountable when it counts.

If you or someone you know has been injured in a car wreck and is dealing with these same issues, then don’t go through it alone. Call Valentine Injury Law. All Heart, No Quit.
