H-1B Holders: URGENT TRAVEL UPDATE 🚨

If you're on an H-1B visa, do NOT leave the U.S. right now — and if you're currently abroad, return before September 20, 2025.

A new Presidential Proclamation just dropped:
➡️ Starting Sept 21, 2025, any employer filing an H-1B petition for a worker outside the U.S. must also pay a $100,000 fee — or that person can’t enter.

⚠️ It's still unclear how this payment is made or verified. No payment = no entry.
