Inspections and Permits Department is implementing an apartment inspection program. Once an apartment is vacant, the owner shall request an inspection of the dwelling BEFORE it is reoccupied again

Any violations that are observed during the inspections must be corrected and approved by the Code Official before the dwelling can be reoccupied.

This program has been introduced in July of 2020, but has not been active due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is critical to ensure our apartments are clean, safe, livable and are up to the building code.
