Becoming a real estate agent has been an enormous piece of the puzzle in my life. For so many years I have had real estate in almost all aspects in my background with family members in the real estate industry both professionally and as investors. I’ve watched from an early age as my mother became a successful Realtor and my father an affluent investor. The passion for al
l things real estate was instilled in me from a very early age. In addition, having a solid background in Interior Design both in my studies and professionally, has led me to develop a much broader view of the real estate industry as I am capable of not only providing my clients with potential properties but instead really get a grasp of what they are looking for and actually need which allows me to provide more focused and relevant solutions; something that might not be common amongst competitors. - I can help you maximize exposure to your property when you look to sell. I also offer a Free Market Analysis to help you determine the right price for your home in today's market. I will have the marketing tools necessary to market your home to buyers and other agents.
- When buying a home, I am up to date with today’s inventory. Before we go out I will preview the properties, making sure that they fit your needs and desires. I can help you visualize what a house can look like with use of my Interior Design background. I will be there with you during every step of the way, readily available to answer any question or concern you may have. Let me help you find that perfect home or even Investment Property.
- I can help you find that rental you are looking for. For many of you renting, this is the way to go. I have access to many rentals in our area that I can assist you with.
