GET VACCINATED!

99% of all COVID related deaths are in people who were not vaccinated! It is disturbing to me the number of people who come up with excuses not to get vaccinated.

Fear of needles versus fear of death?

COVID kills. The vaccine prevents COVID deaths.

There is no such thing as someone’s health not being good enough to receive the vaccine. Unless you are acutely ill, the only contraindication is if you are allergic to the vaccine components.

Save a life. Get Vaccinated! It will be your life or your loved ones’ life that you save!

I have just received a distressing call from an individual out of state saying that they have received a “Robo” call from the Law Firm phone number stating that their accounts have been hacked. I am putting it out publicly that zero calls of that nature will be generated from Sanders Law Group. If anyone has received a call from Sanders Law Group regarding hacked accounts, it is a fraudulent call.

Never give personal account information and social security numbers to anyone calling you, no matter how legitimate they may seem.

Never give a caller control of your computer if you did not personally contact them about computer issues. Microsoft will never call you personally about an illegal issue with your computer.

Never click a link from a text or email from an unknown source.

Mark A. Sanders, DO, JD, MPH, LLM, FACOFP, the Founding and Senior Partner of Sanders Law Group, PLLC, is pleased to announce the addition of former Associate Judge Lin Morrisett, JD, (of Counsel) to our unique and rapidly growing elder law practice.

Lin Morrisett, JD, graduated from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (currently Texas A&M School of Law) in 1994. Since 2002, Lin served under the Honorable Judge Patrick Ferchill as Associate Judge in Tarrant County Probate Court #2. After Judge Ferchill's retirement, Lin joined Sanders Law Group, PLLC, as the Litigation Manager on May 1, 2017.

Sanders Law Group, PLLC, is a General Law Practice founded in 2015 by Dr. Mark A. Sanders, a Board Certified Family Physician with additional certifications in Geriatric Medicine, Hospice & Palliative Medicine, Legal Medicine and Public Health. Mark earned his Juris Doctor degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and his Master of Laws degree in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law.

Lisa Ash, JD, RN, (also a graduate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law) joined Dr. Sanders as Managing Partner to solidify the operational aspects of Sanders Law Group, PLLC, in July of 2016. Her 25 years experience as a registered nurse in all levels of geriatric and adult health nursing care, combined with 10 years as an elder law/guardianship attorney, made Lisa a natural fit for the Firm. Lisa is a member of the American Bar Association. Mark, Lisa and Lin are members of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association. Sanders Law Group, PLLC, is an accredited business of the Better Business Bureau.

Our continued growth has led to the need for the addition of the uniquely experienced candidate we found in Lin Morrisett. Our combination of background, education and experience gives us an opportunity to make a difference in the clients that we serve. We are accepting new cases in the areas of: life care planning, elder law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, trust formation, business formation and medical practice management, mediation, serious bodily injury and wrongful death. We are also available for medical-legal case consultations.

At Sanders Law Group we have the technological Boy-Wonder and Computer Whisperer, Garrett Ash. He began his career as a techno-genius at the age of 2, when momma couldn't figure out the new TV-VCR combo. Actually, I never had the chance. He had it mastered the second I plugged it in!
