Assisting folks in finding their Alaska home and property is our passion. Professional, friendly and available service with local knowledge. Jacque was born on Elmendorf AFB and is an Air Force brat. Her pop served 23 1/2 years and was stationed all over the US and Tripoli Libya. After his retirement in 1982, the family moved to Wasilla Alaska and has been here since. Larry is a Montana transplant and fell in love with Alaska from the minute he arrived. He understands the draw to move to this amazing state. Larry is the Broker and Jacque is an Associate Broker. They both have designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Rep), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute).

There are a lot of places, people and critters in need so here is one suggestion. Our animals have spoken, and apparently… we need more peanut butter! 🐶🐱💕

Peanut butter is one of the tasty tools we use to help reduce FAS (Fear, Anxiety & Stress) in the animals in our care. We use it during:

🐾 Intakes
🩺 Exams
💛 Socialization exercises with fearful animals
🥄 And plenty of other moments when a delicious distraction can make something scary feel a little less scary!

And yes… some of our cats are peanut butter fans too. 😉🐱

I remember going to the library on base (JBER by back when it was Elmendorf and Ft Richardson), going through lots of reference books (encyclopedia included) and writing a report on Alaska glaciers. There were so many to choose from-that part was easy!

The fun parts? A field trip to a wonderland of books, knowledge and a treasure hunt all in one.

Then, my sister helping me find all the info, maps and intel to write the story. No iPhone, no Google, no AI, no copying from someone else’s paper. It was an event that took time, patience and real effort. Not just ‘hey Siri…’

Different times for sure!
