Eubanks & Associates, PLLC is fighting back against bad Trump administration policies. Today, we filed suit challenging the federal government's waiver of the National Historic Preservation Act's Section 106 procedures in connection with the R-Project transmission line through the sensitive Nebraska Sandhills, purportedly to address a national energy emergency that President Trump declared on his first day in office (via Executive Order 14156). Tribes and other consulting parties deserve better.
