This is public notice of FRAUD upon the people of Illinois,
The statute listed below basically says that if a De Facto organization is created and stays in place for 3 years it is considered the organization is LEGAL. (This is not lawful) As such and being a competent Man having been found to be living and of full age, I bring the charge of Fraud against the people, I also invoke the right of redress and now install the Illinois Popular Assembly as the De Jure Governmental body, This charge is effective immediately, any of the people who want to invoke their power as one of the constituent members spoken about in the preamble of both the United States Constitution and the Illinois State Constitution may join with the Assembly by notification. Please feel free to contact me at via private message for all the information about the Assembly. The following statute is the statute in question:
(735 ILCS 5/18-104) (from Ch. 110, par. 18-104)
Sec. 18-104. Limitation. No action shall be brought by quo warranto, or otherwise, questioning the legality of the organization of any county, city, village, incorporated town, township, school district, park district, road district, drainage district, sanitary district, authority or any other municipal corporation or political subdivision in the State of Illinois after such municipal corporation or political subdivision has been in de facto existence for a period of 3 years.

The Illinois State Assembly of Common Law, Illinois Assembly and the Rock Island Grand Jury, which began in January 2016 with its first official meeting on May 7th. 2016, are separate from any group assembled or organized by Chris Ontiveros, Rock Island County, a self-appointed ‘judge’ without being elected to public office by the current and active Illinois Assembly mentioned above; David Edwards, Girard (near Springfield), a self-appointed ‘judge’ without being elected to public office by the current and active Illinois Assembly mentioned above; and associates in their group: Ken Kinnan, Viola, Illinois; Josh Wheeler and Peter Rothschild, Whiteside county; Greg Becker, Andalusia; Robert Anthony Gass, Will county; and any persons or people in any group assembled by Chris Ontiveros, David Edwards and Ken Kinnan.
