Continental Grand Jury of Common Law Popular Assembly ensures that our rights are upheld and is selected from an Illinois Popular Assembly. The Continental Grand Jury, is in effect, the 4th.

Clearly specified in our Bill of Rights, the Grand Jury of Common Law was upheld by the Supreme Court. branch of government, pursuant to the ruling of 1992. The Grand Jury ensures that our Constitutional rights are upheld. Justice Antonin Scalia: rulings of 1992 US vs Williams; US. vs Chanen : " THE GRAND JURY BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE"
