Risk and reward. While this concept is certainly nothing new, the factors that affect the level of risk involved in an investment can fluctuate based on current events or, as we’ve seen in the past year, a global pandemic.

Many clients have come to us to weigh the benefits and possible challenges of renting short term with a site like Airbnb versus longer term rentals with a management company. Based on the events of the past year, we are looking into how outbreaks and other potential risk factors can affect rental property income.
