The Employment Law Group® law firm

The Employment Law Group® law firm Our law firm helps whistleblowers and other employees who stand up to wrongdoing in the workplace. We help individuals to stand up to employers.

Clients hire us to fight back against wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, denial of accommodation or leave, and other injustices at work. Our lawyers help whistleblowers to protect their careers — and, often, to seek rewards. We negotiate contracts and severance agreements. We represent many federal employees against the government, and we also work with immigrants who face deportation. Our attorneys are based in D.C. but we take cases nationwide.

We are proud to announce that all TELG principals were honored in Super Lawyers' 2025 survey! After previously being named to their Rising Stars list, Kellee Boulais Kruse and Michael L. Vogelsang, Jr. have joined their Super Lawyers list for the first time, alongside R. Scott Oswald, Nicholas Woodfield, and Adam Augustine Carter. Janel Quinn and Anita Mazumdar Chambers were once again recognized as Rising Stars.

This marks the first time that all TELG principals have been simultaneously honored! Scott, Nick, and Adam were additionally named to the 2025 list of "Top 100" D.C. lawyers.

Super Lawyers chooses its “outstanding attorneys” via a patented process that combines peer evaluations with independent research. About 5% of practicing lawyers in the U.S. are selected each year, with a smaller number recognized as “Rising Stars.”
