Special Events & Continuing Legal Education The Office of Special Events and Continuing Legal Education provides a range of programs, including those accredited for Continuing Legal Education.

During the Fall Semester 2012, SECLE assisted with 67 programs and events (an increase of 60% from 2011). Spring Semester Founders’ Celebration 2013: During this year’s semester-long Founders Celebration, 106 programs and events attracted 9300 registered attendees, with 1173 organizations represented by distinguished speakers and attendees from government, national and international organizatio

ns, embassies, law firms, universities and law schools. There was a 93% increase in the number of speakers and attendees from other law schools and 53% increase in the co-sponsoring entities over 2012. During the academic year, 63 programs offered CLE credits.
