🚨 Big Win for Free Speech! 🚨

We are proud to announce a major victory in the Texas “Trump Train” trial! CABK member, Jerad Najvar, defended the Mesaroses, a married couple from central Texas, who were sued by Biden-Harris campaign officials and surrogates claiming that an October 2020 “Trump Train” was “voter intimidation” against Biden supporters. The plaintiffs threw millions at this case with over 30 lawyers, but after a two-week federal trial in Austin, the jury saw through it to protect the First Amendment rights of our clients!

Jerad said it best: "This jury verdict is a complete vindication of my clients and a spectacular failure for the plaintiffs. The jury roundly rejected this attempt to deploy the judicial system as a weapon to silence political opposition."

This victory highlights the strength and dedication of our team at CABK. We stand ready to protect the rights of our clients in future cases.
