I have fully relocated to 28363 Hoover, 48093. I will call or text existing clients with update over the next week as I catch up from being away from office for few weeks. Furthermore, I have several office suites with shared lobby and conference room available. $800 a month for room without window, 1 available, and $900 for room with windows, 4 available. Wifi, utilities and shared area and outside maintenance included. Commission available for any realtor and general public. I will be selective with tenants and business type. 1 occupant per office, no multiple partner, multiple desks in each office. As the deadline is approaching, I have a few important notes:
1. I do not have any more availability until the week of the 21st (few spots may be open next week as the schedule is being moved around daily).
2. Existing clients calling with request of same day or next day, I'm sorry, there is not room to squeeze anyone in.
3. New clients, only option is to request an extension and take an appointment. Under no exceptions will new clients get an appointment before my existing clients.
3. Clients that have dropped off their files in the past weeks, I will aim to get done by end of Sunday/Monday. If i do not, I will file extension and cover any penalties as a result. Only for those that have dropped off. Fine print: you must take MY first available appointment within 3 weeks.
4. If you do not owe, you have 3 years to claim your refunds. As government owes you, generally, there are no penalties even if you do not extend. If you owe, request extension and a payment or at the very least request an extension and take the next available appointment. Best way to request an extension is via email. My assistant works part time, and I am not taking calls after she is not in office the next few days.
5. Please do not push me, I'm not the type to sit back let you push me then get stingy on my already low fees. I'm running a business, not a DHS handout office. You will not like my response; I'm too stressed right now.
6. Thank you to everyone for their patience. If you have been calling and messaging, I am not ignoring you, probably a step away from crazy right now. Will pull out my Turkish implemented hair out ... lol.
7. I will be looking to hire a full-time data entry/clerk in June. No students. Preferred bilingual. Must have transportation, be available Mon to Thurs and Sat 10 am to 6pm, proficient in using computer, Excel and Work. Pay will vary will experience ($15 to $25 an hour) range with bonus potential. 3 weeks paid vacation. Looking for someone long term.

Hello Dear Clients 😊 - Few Important Updates:

1. I have not relocated my office, yet. I am still at the same location, 29230 Ryan Rd. My anticipated move date is June 1st 2025. The project has been delayed due to challenges from City of Warren and couple contractors inability to fulfill their contract timely. Below is snapshot of current standing of project.

2. I have offered a base rate of $100 for the last 13 years. This rate is no longer sustainable. A dollar today is not same as it was in 2012; we have lost over 37% in value in our currency. I will be increasing my rates on average by 25%. Even then, my rates are well below the national average cost of CPAs, which is $220 for a simple personal tax return, and definitely better than the nonsesne franchises that charge $400 plus. I will update my website with current rates in next couple days.

3. I am also tightning up certain things in order to keep providing exceptional service to my clients, therefore, I kindly ask for everyone to show up on time for their appointment, provide notice in advance if appointment will be missed. Being late 5 to 10 min is understandable. I will reject service to new clients for failing to do so. Second, please do not bring kids to your appointment without prior notice. This is a professional environment and I would like to keep it this way for everyone's benefit. Furthermore, I know how fair my rates are, please do not negotiate my rates, unless you want to raise it higher 😀. Don't compare me with those that are not CPAs or those that do not have my level of experience. I will walk you out the door if you do 😆...joking, maybe not! Finally, please be paitent, rush work will carry a rush rate. Everyone is important but some will have higher priorities than others. This is a busy time of the year for CPAs and i want to make sure everyone is treated equally and on a case by case basis.

3rd one sounds rough right, but it is what it is. I want to live longer and don't need the unnecessary stress 😁. Thank you for your continued support and let's hope we have no more 0 degree weather!!!

Make the most of the remaining summer days!

There's a food truck stationed outside my office called The Parisian, offering a variety of crepes and smoothies, including strawberry, my personal favorite. They have newly introduced fuska to their menu, which I had the pleasure of trying and found quite delightful.
