My home company, Metro Public Adjusters, has instituted a plumber referral program.
If, at any time, you are called to fix a problem that would be considered an insurance loss, you refer the customer to me. I would need you to email or call me with the homeowner’s demographics. This includes flooring and cabinets, ceiling/walls below the leak or overflow. If the homeowner signs a loss/restoration claim with us, you get the referral fee. It’s truly that simple.
