Our Judicial System was designed to protect the rights of the individual against the majority. The Constitution was designed with a check and balance system that empowers the Court to ensure your voice is heard, and your rights equally protected. While at times this may not seem the case the crowds in Wall Street, Oakland, San Francisco and over a hundred other spots are proving that the voice of the misfit will not be silenced. Remember this when you ask your counsel what he can do for you.
This office focuses on matrimonial litigation, business, and personal injury. Give us your ideas and see where we can go with them. We strive for privacy through alternative dispute resolution and mediation but will not rule out litigation if necessary. Send an email or call for an appointment to see if it works. The rates are $300-$400 per hour,depending on the complexity of the matter. Office hours generally 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Evening appointments are available upon request.
