Workplace transitions are challenging, and scary to face alone. The team is proud to stand beside their Clients, advocate their rights, and secure outcomes that bring peace of mind and security. This week finalized a separation and severance agreement for our Client that will provide financial security for the rest of his life and the ability to close one chapter and move on to the next. The team secured additional wages, retirement, medical benefits, and UN-vested retirement -- far beyond what the employer wanted or expected to pay. Way to go team!!

Gardening and teamwork share a beautiful parallel: both require patience, diverse contributions, and long-term dedication to yield a rewarding harvest. Beam in an egregious and case where a allowed abuse, retaliation, and a culture of silence to thrive. Our Client deserved safety -- not humiliation.
