🏡✨ A Very Special Closing Day ✨🏡

There are some moments in this business that I know I’ll always remember, and this was certainly one of them.

My cousin Theresa and I have always had a special connection — we’re Gemini twins, sharing the same birthday born just one year apart. When she asked me to be her Realtor, I was beyond grateful for the opportunity and, even more so, honored for the trust and confidence she placed in me to help her find the right home for this next chapter.

After the house hunting, negotiations and everything in between, getting to hand Theresa the keys to her new home and see her step confidently into what’s ahead meant so much to me.

Congratulations, Theresa! I’m so happy I got to be part of this moment with you. Wishing you and the kids nothing but happiness and so many wonderful memories in your new home. ❤️🏡

And a huge thank you to my trusted colleagues and dream team, Attorney Mike Trella and Lending Consultant Rosie Richetelli, for all they did to help make this closing a success. Always grateful to have such a great team by my side. ❤️

If you’re looking for something different to do with friends, Castle Craig Players in City of Meriden, CT is such a hidden gem! 🎭

We had such a fun night seeing The Great American Trailer Park Musical — absolutely hilarious from start to finish! The cast was incredibly talented and had us laughing all night.

One of the best parts about Castle Craig Players is the whole experience. Gather some friends, bring your own food and drinks, and enjoy a few hours of great live theater right here in our own community.

If you haven’t been yet, definitely check them out and support this amazing local theater. Such a fun night out! 👏🎭

Let’s show this amazing new restaurant some love and give them a try! 🍣❤️

We had dinner at Daisuki Ran in City of Meriden, CT tonight, and it was absolutely incredible! The sushi was fresh and delicious, the sticky ribs were packed with flavor, the chili edamame had the perfect kick, and the Purple Yam bread rolls…wow! All of the appetizers, entrées, and even dessert- They were all truly outstanding!

What made the experience even better was meeting the family behind it all. The owners and chefs are all family, and you can feel the passion, pride, and heart they’ve poured into this restaurant. They were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to become part of our community.

Whether you’re a sushi lover or looking for something different, they offer an extensive menu of different entrees and a beautiful vegan menu with plenty of options.

As a lifelong Meriden resident, I love seeing families invest in our city. Let’s welcome them with open arms and support a business that’s serving amazing food with even bigger hearts.

Go give Daisuki a try—you’ll be glad you did! 🍣✨

✨Under Contract!!✨

What started at an Open House on Saturday, led to a weekend of carefully crafting the right strategy and offer. After navigating a very competitive multi-offer situation... my buyer is officially under contract!

This wasn't just about submitting the highest offer- it was about submitting the right offer. Every detail mattered. We strengthened the offer where it counted, negotiated thoughtfully, and put together a package that gave my buyer the best possible chance to succeed.

There is nothing better than making the call to say, "We got the house!" 🎉

A heartfelt thank you to my client for trusting me to guide her through one of the biggest decisions of her life. It was an honor to help you secure the home where your next chapter begins. Congratulations! ❤️🏡

This milestone also marks my first accepted contract with Premier Properties of CT, making this one even more special. Here's to new beginnings and many more happy clients to come!
