The Law Office this year to date has been very successful settling both litigation defense cases and personal injury cases. The Law Offices this year to date has settled over a half dozen personal injury claims with an average settlement time of about 1.5 years from the accident date. We successfully brought suit on a slip and fall and settled the matter prior to trial. We have also brought 2 cases against both the at fault party and then the plaintiff's under insured carrier after exhausting the insurance policy of the at fault drivers.
