ELCPA is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing CPA firm!

💲 Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

🕒 Schedule:
• Monday–Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm May1-Dec 31, Monday–Friday 8:00am-4:00pm until April 30th

✅ Responsibilities Include:
• Answering phones and greeting clients
• Assisting with tax intake and document organization
• Scheduling appointments
• Data entry, scanning, and general office support
• Processing payments through our POS system

✅ Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
• Prior customer-facing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required

• Long-Term Disability (LTD)
• Retirement Plan

Summer is here, and so are your opportunities to save on taxes! The reminds you that if you requested an extension, you still have until October 15 to take advantage of key deductions from the One, Big, Beautiful Bill. You may qualify for:
• No tax on tips
• No tax on overtime
• No tax on car loan interest
• Special deductions for seniors
But.....if you owe, don't forget penalties and interest continue to accrue. An extension is to file not to pay!
