"Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed." — Martin Luther King Jr.
Today, we pause to honor freedom, not just as a historical milestone, but as a living, breathing principle that still calls us forward.
June 19th, 1865 marked the day the last enslaved people in the United States received word of their freedom. It was long overdue. And yet, the courage and resilience shown by those who endured and those who fought continue to inspire.
At Troxler & Troxler, we believe that the law should work for everyone, regardless of who you are or where you come from. Giving voice to the injured isn't just a tagline. It's a commitment.
Today, we celebrate. We reflect. And we recommit to justice.
Happy Juneteenth to our clients, our community, and everyone who carries this history forward. ✊🏾❤️🖤💚
