I have been a practicing attorney in Rhode Island since 1982. I have represented hundreds if not thousands of people during this time. My practice is limited to serious personal injury matters, and criminal law including misdemeanors, felonies and DUI. I have tried cases in all RI courts and the Federal court for the district of Rhode Island. I am a long-standing member of the board of the RI Ass

ociation for Justice, serving as President 2003-2004. My office includes associated attorneys, the services provided cover a wide range of legal needs. I am available at any time to respond to the most complex and challenging legal issues. As the Probate court judge for the municipalities of North and South Kingstown , I have a unique perspective on the needs of my clients and how best to advocate on their behalf.

Great read. Of note is that it is a popular wedding venue. For those who may not know as the Probate judge for South Kingstown I can perform wedding ceremonies. I have performed many and am able to meet the needs of family and friends.

With a movie theater, a creative workshop, art exhibits and a place to say "I do," this is more than just a place to check out books.

Been some time since last post- as we seemingly turn a corner on Covid - our courts are opening, calendars being called and a sense of normalcy pervades. At Howe Law we continue to serve the varied needs of our clients new and old. Howe Law now accepts CRYPTO for fees and retainers. Another way we stay abreast of the new and current ways of life.
