Crownover Green is Hiring a Lawn Treatment Technician
Our small Wake Forest-based business is growing and we are seeking a Lawn Treatment Technician to begin work in mid-March. We are looking for an individual who prefers the freedom of working independently outdoors and is tough enough for hard work in the heat.
Minimum of one year of experience in lawn treatment services, turfgrass management, or horticulture required; or two years of experience in a related field such as landscaping or lawn maintenance; or relevant education, certification, or licensure.
• starting wage of $24-$28 per hour based on qualifications
• weekly and year-end bonus pay up to $3500
• minimum 24 hours per week (varies based on time of year)
• 10-mo. seasonal work (February - November)
• potential to develop position into salaried position after first year
• full pay with bonuses for on-the-job training
• weekend work very rare
• paid holidays on Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, and Labor Day
• one-week paid vacation during company shutdown midsummer
• company contributes to retirement plan after one year of service
• report to work in Wake Forest
• local service routes around Wake Forest and Rolesville area

Must have a valid North Carolina driver license and a driving record good enough for commercial auto insurance, which is more stringent than most personal auto insurance requirements.
