โข Draft, review, proofread, legal documents and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
โข Coordinating deadlines, reviewing client files to assist in forming case strategy
โข In-person, and telephonic, reception and communication with clients
โข Managing digital case files, ensuring they are accurate and updated
โข Scheduling or conducting interviews with clients and witnesses
โข Maintaining calendar entries and scheduling appointments
โข Providing support to attorneys and other staff members
โข Interacting professionally with clients and court staff
โข Filing documents electronically and in person
โข 40hrs / week

โข Demonstrates organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
โข Handles sensitive information discreetly, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
โข Strong project management skills to facilitate smooth case workflows.
โข Attention to detail.
๐๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐๐ฌ:
โข Paralegal experience / Spanish speakers are preferred but not necessary. We will train you!
โข Preference given to Sci-fi / fantasy nerds. ๐
