We’re pleased to welcome our Summer Law Clerk, David Alleva, to the firm.

David attends Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he is a member of the Business Law Society and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and a founding member of the Christian Legal Society. He previously served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Scott W. Reid (E.D. Pa.) and volunteers with the Dane Fante Foundation.

A former collegiate baseball player, David competed as a student-athlete for the West Chester University Baseball Team (NCAA Division II) and the Stony Brook University Baseball Team (NCAA Division I). He earned his B.S., magna cm laude, in Finance from West Chester University.

This talented group will gain hands-on experience working alongside our attorneys on active matters across a variety of practice areas. Archer partners Kate Sherlock and Stuart Goldfarb recently joined leaders from the sports and media industry at NBA and WNBA headquarters for an engaging discussion hosted in partnership with David B. Falk College of Sport at Syracuse University. The conversation explored the growing impact of women in basketball and the broader sports business landscape, as well as the leadership and innovation continuing to shape the industry. Kate and Stuart lead Archer’s Sports, Media & Entertainment Practice Group.

Focused on accelerating family-owned businesses into the next generation, the summit brought attendees together to learn, share ideas, and build meaningful connections.
