Mediation can allow the parties greater control over the final outcome of their case. Although I encourage my clients to resolve matters without going to court whenever possible, I will always be prepared to fight for your rights in litigation. I am capable of helping you negotiate a favorable settlement in negotiations or mediation, and am equally comfortable helping you litigate your case.
