When you are solving a problem, few things are more important than working with someone who will take the time to understand the story from your point of view. Kleinman has over 15 years of experience representing clients in and throughout the San Diego County area. When clients contact our office, they will work directly with Ms. Kleinman throughout the process. At some law firms, clients do not

maintain communication with the attorney handling their case. Instead, clients primarily interact with legal secretaries or paralegals. When you contact the Law Offices of Paula D. Kleinman, you will work with Ms. Kleinman personally until your divorce, child custody issue, paternity or other family law issue has been completely resolved. We take the time to meet with you to understand your goals. Once we have an understanding of your goals, we work to create solutions that achieve these goals. The Law Offices of Paula D. Kleinman is available for you to answer your immediate questions. In many family matters, my clients would prefer to resolve matters without going to court. Mediation can allow the parties greater control over the final outcome of their case. Although I encourage my clients to resolve matters without going to court whenever possible, I will always be prepared to fight for your rights in litigation. I am capable of helping you negotiate a favorable settlement in negotiations or mediation, and am equally comfortable helping you litigate your case. I will advocate zealously on behalf of my clients and will never advise you to accept a settlement that does not meet your needs. Check us out on Twitter!
