This years trip was incredible! Santa Barbara didn’t disappoint! Thank you Katielynn for helping plan everything start to finish. Everything from the bus ride to the sunset dinner was the very best! We hit the spa, did a little beach bike ride, visited the pier, walked the shops, and won the day! ALL THANKS to Joe Leal and our incredible work family! Our sales team works incredibly hard to earn trips like today. Thank you ladies and gentleman for showing up day after day, bringing your best energy, your best skills, your unwavering commitment to grow and succeed! We love what we do! We love our homes. We love our team. We are so grateful and bless in the Valley! Full speed ahead for making 2026 another year we knock it out of the park!

One thing I keep being reminded of is this: your gifts were never meant to be kept to yourself.

When you have a talent, a skill, or an opportunity to help someone else, use it. Share it. Open doors when you can. That is how we multiply good in the world.

And on the other side of that, when life blesses you, receive it with gratitude instead of guilt. Say thank you. Appreciate it. Then look for your chance to pay it forward.

This week I got to experience that personally. I was able to fly for free because my daughter worked incredibly hard to become a flight attendant. One of her benefits is that her parents can fly standby. Honestly, sitting in that seat felt less like a perk and more like watching the return on her discipline, courage, and commitment to her goals.

Proud mom moment for sure. But also a life reminder.

Her hard work created a blessing she could share.
My job is to receive it with gratitude and keep that same spirit going by helping others where I can.

That is how this is supposed to work.
We use what we are given to lift someone else up.

Proud of you Lillyanna. Keep going.

Potential is never the joke.

The real risk is seeing it in someone and not developing it.

Good leaders sell homes.
Great leaders build people.

Leaders are revealed under pressure. How do you see yourself?
