Ok now we have had a little time I would like to offer a couple of suggestions to my fellow real estate agents. First, I would recommend to stop focusing on the changing commission structure. Instead shoot a video to reassure your clients and prospects that regardless of these changes your value and service will remain unchanged.Remind them you are here for them. Second I would encourage you all to focus on your personal websites and your company built ones. These will be crucial for you to communicate openly with your fellow agents about commissions and other compensation. Regardless of the media and all of the negativity surrounding our industry right now we as the agents have the ability to restore the public faith in our ability to help them in one of their biggest life decisions.
