In March of 2026, our lawyers served clients throughout Hampton Roads and the Eastern Shore of Virginia. In Virginia Beach General District Court, a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) charge was reduced to reckless driving, and a 91/55 RD and 89/55 RD were both reduced to improper driving. One client received 1 day in jail with no license suspension for driving at 110 mph. Clients received outright dismissals for 90/55 RD, 87/55 RD, 85/55 RD, 80/55 RD, driving on a suspended license, no driver’s license, and driving on a permit without a licensed driver in the car.
Wins in other cities include: Racing reduced to improper driving in Norfolk General District Court; 91/60 RD reduced to speeding at 19 over in Hampton General District Court; Reckless Driving Generally reduced to improper driving in Newport News General District Court; 88/55 RD reduced to improper driving in Northampton General District Court; 74/45 RD reduced to simple speeding at 74/45 in Northampton Circuit Court; 86/60 RD reduced to improper driving in Chesapeake General District Court; and 81/55 RD reduced to improper driving in Portsmouth General District Court.
