Always, always, always get owner's title insurance and if you are ever in doubt, ask questions and always get a survey. Your eyes cannot really SEE what it is that you are buying when you are purchasing real estate. People may at times think that they will have a huge back yard only to discover that half the yard is a Virginia Power easement, or that there is a pedestrian access easement through what they believed was their private property. Knowledge is power people.

Today, we remember the precious lives lost on November 22, 2022. We send love to their family and friends. We send love to those who were hurt – physically and emotionally – by this senseless act. We send gratitude to the first responders who ran toward the danger. We send appreciation to the teams of support service providers who continue to this day to help those affected.

Special thanks to AERMOR, LLC and Teresa Lloyd for helping us collect over 301lbs of food for the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia (251 meals) and $200 in cash donations during our recent Thanksgiving Food drive. We hope next year to have an even bigger donation. Thank you again!
