Today’s closing definitely earned a spot in my “Most Memorable Transactions” file. Whew. 😅🏡

Every year, there’s always one deal that tests your patience, your problem-solving skills, and your sanity just a little bit… and THIS was the one.

This transaction survived:
✨ TWO loan denials right before closing
✨ TWO break-ins within the last week
✨ An uncooperative police department
✨ A water leak inside the wall
✨ And an HVAC system that suddenly decided it no longer wanted to participate 😩

But through all the chaos, the Selling Agent was an absolute team player, and the Seller stayed committed to getting every issue repaired and handled. That kind of teamwork matters more than people realize.
