Our Story

In 2007- prior to becoming a realtor , I needed to sell my house so like many I thought all it took was a little sales skills and a sign on the yard. I didn't feel like a needed a realtor , because like many , I thought that “ all realtors did was open doors and show houses and get paid too much !“ So I priced my house at top dollar because I felt it to be more updated than any of the like houses in the neighborhood. What I didn’t know and didn’t understand was that a house was like stock, when the market is down so does the price of the home. The Market was tanking and I was hell bent on holding on to my top price !

Realtor after Realtor would call and tell me that I had it priced to high, I refused to listen ..and so it sat, week after week, month after month, no buyers calling -just realtors telling me that the value of my house was going south day by day. It took me 7 months to finally listen to one. But by then I had lost $176,000 of equity that was intended to bolster my retirement savings.. instead I walked away with less than I thought was there.

It was then I realized the value of having a realtor on your side whether buying or selling, to guide and advise ! I determined then , that I would become a realtor and help others to grow their biggest gains as well as avoid losses as I had as well as just get the best possible deal in any market.

It has now been nearly 7 years that I have helping clients , not only opening doors to homes but open doors to the best possible outcomes in their real estate transactions , whether that be a standard simple transaction ,or transactions due to hardships, like job losses, divorce, ill health, and death.
