Mr. X loaned money and demanded it be paid back. 3 men gladly accepted his funds and for years continued to accept his generosity. Suddenly, they claimed either; Mr. X did not loan them the funds; or, they paid him back.

Mr. X hired KINER LEGAL GROUP and sued them. They claimed he was too late and had no proof of payment, they offered him $5000 to go away, smuggly stating they would win in the end.
